INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Ownership of Site Content
All content on zanivora.com—including text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, logos, icons, user interfaces, artwork, code and their arrangement (collectively, “Site Content”)—is owned by ZANIVORA or its licensors and protected by worldwide copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Trademarks
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of ZANIVORA are trademarks or trade dress of ZANIVORA. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any third-party marks are used for identification/descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

3. Limited License & Prohibited Uses
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly allowed by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display/perform, transmit, mine, scrape, or otherwise exploit any Site Content without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & License You Grant
By posting, uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any content to the Site or to our social channels (e.g., reviews, photos, comments, testimonials), you represent and warrant you own or control all rights to such content and it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant ZANIVORA a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content in any media for marketing, advertising, promotional and operational purposes. Where required by law, we will take reasonable steps to honor your deletion requests.

5. Notice of Alleged Infringement (Notice-and-Takedown / DMCA where applicable)
If you believe material on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to ip@zanivora.com including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) or other IP allegedly infringed;

  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL(s)/specific location) and information sufficient to locate it;

  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);

  • A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law;

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
    Upon receiving a complete and facially valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and/or contacting the user who posted it.

6. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed due to an infringement notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you have rights to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to ip@zanivora.com containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location before removal;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email;

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., where ZANIVORA is located) and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate and at our sole discretion, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

8. Third-Party Content, Open-Source & Attributions
The Site may contain third-party content and links. We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for third-party practices. Certain components may be subject to separate open-source or third-party licenses; where required, attributions and license terms will be provided and will govern your use of those components.

9. Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions, or proposals you submit regarding the Site or our products (“Feedback”) are non-confidential. We may use such Feedback without restriction or compensation.

10. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ZANIVORA and its licensors. Unauthorized use of the Site or Site Content may violate applicable laws and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
